This digital twin of a robotic manufacturing facility, developed in Unreal Engine, provides an immersive and intuitive way to explore a truck manufacturing environment in real time. Users can freely navigate a highly detailed, true-to-scale virtual factory, observing the production layout and spatial relationships while maintaining smooth, cinematic movement. The environment is designed to naturally guide users through the manufacturing workflow, creating a clear understanding of processes, spatial organization, and industrial atmosphere. The digital twin allows users to inspect individual machines and production units in detail. By interacting with key elements, contextual information is revealed about each machine’s function, operation, and role within the overall manufacturing process. This inspection system is designed to be clear and accessible, enabling users to learn at their own pace without breaking immersion—making complex industrial systems easier to understand and communicate.
